There's probably a really blasphemous joke to be made here... but I'll leave it to someone else.

"What? What'd I say?"
This is a little mystifying to me. See, I wasn't terribly happy with how Tuesday's page turned out, which I mostly blamed on the fact that i pounded it out during spare moments while on the road. But that's also how THIS page was created, and I absolutely ADORE it. Everyone's expressions turned out just right, I like the layout, and I didn't even have to clean up too much of the inking!

...well, okay. Part of me DID feel bad about giving Layla so little space in the last panel, but that's probably for the best. I think we'd be in real physical danger if we got any closer to her right now.

OH! And I FINALLY got a new voting incentive up. Big honking surprise on what it is...

Love it!
Love the incentive! Alphonse is adorable in that sailor suit! (Megaweapon might look good in one as well, but I doubt that he'd sit still for having it put on him.)

Yay! I wasn't sure if the suit might be too much or not, but I guess ANYTHING is too adorable where Alphonse is concerned, so it's not worth worrying about.

(Don't get too attached to the hat, though. Drawing the ears around it turned out to be harder than expected, so I probably won't use it much... unless Tabitha has a breakthrough in eardrum regeneration technology, that is)

Having had some time to think about it, I *am* always a bit surprised that they're still in style even in this day and age. (I still sometimes see them at events that are held around town during the Summer.) I guess that some things will never go out of style no matter how archaic they seem to modern tastes.

Really? I must not hang around enough seaports, 'cos I don't think I've ever seen any that weren't on cosplayers.

Clearly, I've missed out on a LOT in my life...
