Well of COURSE nothing happened the first two times. Avatar never mentioned anything about diverting power to the DISPLAYS!

*yawn* Man, another late, LATE night, mostly because I just started a lot later than I should have. I really need to get back into a regular drawing things cycle.

So, yeah. This is yet another page where I just inked the rough draft, even though I REALLY wanted to draw each panel separately to get some extra detail into that ever tangling pile of cord/tube/thinggies. Well, at least the Unsound Effects turned out pretty nice, if I do say so myself!

One thing that IS back on track: New Voting Incentives right awya!

Avatar seems to start being rather upbeat, but got more and more annoyed after each failed attempt.

Trying random stuff, and getting tangled in cables.
Things I have done before.

Concerning undoing things: Ever since as a child I broke a toy by pulling it apart to see how it worked, I've always made sure that I could actually put something back together again before taking it apart, unless I didn't actually care about putting it back together again afterwards.

Incentive: I'd expect a nitpicker to know all the problems with shooting a door's controls. Although that looks more like a "break to make the door close" thing rather than actual controls.

Yeah, keep in mind that Vance took over the computer, so none of the doors are working properly anymore.

On a more nitpick-ish side, why didn't they try to power something with lower energy requirements than whatever systems that were still working; assuming the small TV consumes more energy that gravitational fields and air conditioning.

Note: Can we just say they got mysteriously teleported onto some EMP planet where there IS gravity already and air was just seeping in from outside? XD

Teleportation of an entire ship does NOT strike me as the kind of thing you'd miss.
and I presume that powering something with lower energy requirements is a waste of time-it already works, just perhaps not as well as it should...
Something to try, might be funneling MORE power into the lamps.
Theoretically, it should make the lamp shut off entirely, but the thing to do after that is return the lamp to normal, then see if it works or if it stays dead.
I'm starting to wonder if there isn't some kind of 'ghost' in the machines or something, courtesy of the MAD SCIENCE! That was messed with by MegaWeapon.

So many clever theories! ...some of which, frankly, are more clever than what's ACTUALLY happening. *takes notes*

Trigger and Avatar both had their reasons for starting with the big stuff first rather than experimenting with smaller stuff. Avatar felt that, if their was even a CHANCE of getting sensors back online, they needed to try that first (both to learn more about what was happening, and just to make sure they weren't about to fly into anything) Trigger was just really pleased with the rig he and Avatar put together and wanted to show it off in as big a way as possible.

...DANG IT, why wasn't THAT a page?

I can't wait until they fix the energy problem, but realize that they forgot to rewire everything.
Either the TV goes BOOM or turns into some kind of freaky robot.
