So, after last week's page of no colors, today we have ALL THE COLOR! 'cos hopefully that'll distract you all from how this is is basically the same page as Friday, only with fewer words. In fact, I probably COULD have squeezed the pages together and done all this at once, but it wouldn't have looked as good. In particular, we wouldn't have had room for Megaweapon looking distraught, and who wants to miss out on that?

Speaking of which, I especially like that first panel. For all the awful stuff he's shrugged off so far, he seems to be genuinely troubled at the though of Augusta in tears. Guess it's true, Even Bad Men Love Their Mamas.

Finally, Voting Incentives are back! Rejoice! Vote and rejoice!

@ Incentive: Huh, thought that he was a she for a moment. Actually, shouldn't it be longer? Or did the rest of the hair get burnt off or something?

Dramatic monologues need the proper pacing in order to be appropriately dramatic.
So yeah, I've liked these pages.

Also, "becuase" should be "because".

Incentive: That is long hair...
Mine tends to grow to near my shoulders and to my eyes really quickly, and then almost stop. I still haven't figured out why it slows down at that length. How's my hair even know how long it is or that I got it cut?

Blitzkrieg1701, February 25th, 2014, 2:38 am

I'm not sure if hair just naturally slows at a certain length, or if it's just less noticeable the longer it gets, or what, but mine seems to slow down passed the shoulders too.

In Trigger's case, I'd imagine it wouldn't be able to get much longer than that because he'd keep getting it caught in things. (which sound REALLY painful now that I think about it)

Actually, from what I remember from High School Safety Swimming, longer hair is supposed to hurt less than short hair when it's pulled. Probably because it's easier to grab a hold of and because it's heavier to begin with, meaning that the scalp's used to some pull.

Megaweapon seems upset. Evidently the little bastard ISN'T a sociopath.

@Blitzkrieg1701 especially considering what kind of things he sneaks around, hair caught on something called the Deatheliser not fun times
