I've said it before, I'll say it again: technobabble is really stupid, but I like it anyway. Have fun figuring out which ones are references to things, and which ones I just made up off the top of my head.

Also, you are incorrect, Skye. You said "scary" not "creepy".

Anyway, by the time you read this, I should be back from Anime Weekend Atlanta. If we're really lucky, I might already have the Conventional Wisdom update finished too. Like, amazingly, mind-bogglingly lucky...

Trigger does ONE THING. And he does it well. It's beside the point that it's the central thing you've seen him do, Skye.

It still doesn't make sense for Avatar to be in that pipe, but it is amusing.
I also like how even she seems surprised that the tapping worked.

But then, having something that stops working when lightly bumped, or walked on by a rat, or whatever, is bad design. The information Trigger has about that method was probably extrapolated from a product recall notice.

Typo: You have "triggring" instead of "triggering". That's close enough to be misspelling the name of one of your characters.

rigmarole, noun: a lengthy and complicated procedure; a long, rambling story or statement.
An alteration of "ragman roll", originally denoting a legal document recording a list of offences.

OK, I now have a new word that I'll try and fit into conversation.

Humor: equal to or greater than picking nits
I certainly prefer to give back to the fee than regurgitate my earlier feed (unless it's dinner-time for my hatchlings).

There's always someone that can find a use for a self-sealing stem-bolt but try not to break the bank or the Doctor may point the Triax to ward you and that thing is claimed to be able to take out a planet.

P.S. The Star-Child heralds Peace but can also deliver Bliss so keep one eyein or all eyeout and have ears on stand by because there's a 'High-lander' about and thethere can only be 1
'Tis the Season to be Holly and things are warming up in the antipodes...
