I'm pretty sure Layla could have said Skye was several woodchucks in a human suit, and Skye would have agreed just to get out of this conversation.

Boy, that Trigger sure does have a way with words, doesn't he?

Well, I don't so I don't have much else to say here... Actually, no, it's more that I don't have time. Soon as this page is posted, I gotta get to work inking next week's stuff and get that page buffer going. But hey, don't let that stop ya'll from saying clever things in the comments (or leaving any suggestions you might have on the whole Patreon question)

And of course, there's a new Voting Incentive, which I already HAVE a buffer of. Go figure, drawing Layla in fanciful costumes is something I found time to do a lot of. Very unusual, that.

Ahh, don't feel bad Trigger, there are other fish in the sea, and Shining there will be happy enough on her own.
But seriously, S.S TriggerXJenna ahoy!

Ed8 (Guest), July 19th, 2015, 12:12 pm

I don't think Skye was ever in any real danger there - I believe Trigger would have just gone on mumbling incoherently for hours without actually saying anything until everybody turned off the lights and left.

Also, vote incentive: Look! I found Princess Rheiko!!

Blitzkrieg1701, July 19th, 2015, 10:11 pm

Z: Oh snap, shipping war! (though I dunno if Trigger'd have much more luck there, not anymore anyway. Pretty sure Jenna's not in the market for a guy whose less mature than she is)

Ed8: That is an entirely probable course of events.

Also, don't let Dr. Jarre hear you say that. She'll force you to sit through her latest 2 hour powerpoint on why AVATAR'S the real Rheiko.

Ed8 (Guest), July 20th, 2015, 1:15 am

My theory has an advantage that Dr. Jarre's does not - a willing subject!
Ed8: "Avatar, are you Princess Rheiko?"
Avatar: "No! I told you that already!"
Ed8: "How about you, Layla, are you secretly Princess Rheiko, *sole remaining heir* to the vast, vast fortune of the Empire of Jehtkyo, not to mention the even vaster licensing and merchandising rights to the Princess Rheiko story in books, magazines, movies, TV, video, comic books, graphic novels, holo-vids, holo-sims, immersive Total Recall memory implants, and TWC Top-100 Webcomics?"
Layla: "Yes. Yes I am." (You can actually see the dollar signs light up in her eyes.) ($)($)
Case closed. :D

...I mean, realistically, Layla'd be wary of getting caught up in a scheme that'd be so easy to disprove, but she'd DEFINITELY think about it.
