I have no idea why this page ended up being so hard to draw, because it was. Even after lots and LOTS of polishing up, it still only looks... okay. And multiple close ups of faces talking is usually the one thing I can do pretty well, too.

Well, maybe it's because I burned out my brain on the writing, which I actually DO like. Look! Avatar's brain full of All The Facts is actually having an effect on the plot beyond just being a way to unload some exposition! Also, Avatar and Tax interacting. The people love them some Avatar and Tax.

And as always, another new Voting Incentive. What other weird costumes could Tabitha possible have left? Find out now!

Avatar could rewrite the entire TV Tropes website.
And then quadruple it in size.
And, do what now seems impossible: Only having something mentioned on a trope page if it actually has that trope apply to it.

I do hope Avatar and Tax play some of those baord games.
Avatar does seem to switch between "prepubescent girl", "repository of knowledge", and "annoyed at all these youngsters"

Other than Trigger, nobody on the ship seems like the kind of person who'd play with Avatar properly (when she's in "little girl" mode, i.e. when she'd want to play), but Layla and Trigger have only been on the ship for a short time. So, she'd rarely have gotten the chance to play with others ever since those mad scientists first got hold of her.

Despite the very large danger Stilez poses (even though she wouldn't want to do anything that could hurt Ichabod - this is Stilez we're talking about; collateral damage is a certainty) being able to spend time with Tax should give Avatar the chance to act like she did before she got altered, and with somebody with a disturbingly similar situation (even down to the switching between "little girl" and "surprisingly mature"!), which I think can only be a good thing for her. She needs to be able to relax in a natural way occaisonally.

(Also, Avatar's on the "Not Growing Up Sucks" page for a reason.)

Coconuts can't be comfortable.
Should stick to using them as horses.

@ Incentive: You have to realise that she believes her only "attractive" feature is her height. She's not going to show anything else off, because she finds it pointless. You, on the other hand, have a near-idea body shape. She's going to make you flaunt it no matter what she forces you to cosplay.

SS: You bring up an interesting point that hasn't actually been addressed in the comic yet: what WAS Avatar's life before becoming what she is now? WAS there one? Does she miss it? Does she even remember it? So much to think about...

DD: Remember also that Tabitha doesn't get out much, doesn't have many friends, and only directly interacts with mad scientists most of the time. To a very large degree, her concept of what "normal people" do is based on what she sees on TV or whatever. And when she sees attractive people in the media, they've almost always been dressed up in a way to show off that attractiveness. So, when Tabitha sees a WILDLY beautiful person like Layla, she just assumes that's a person who'll really enjoy running around in skimpy clothes. That's just what pretty people are supposed to do, right?

Incentive: @ Layla: Just remember that the original wearers didn't put *anything* on up there...

This makes me feel the need to hug Avatar again because I get the impression that the vast majority of the part of her life where she would have learned how to play was spent floating completely and utterly alone in the black inky desolate empty void of space :(

@ Comic: *Tries to give Avatar a cuddle, she looks sad.*
