Bridget's anger causes the air itself to catch on fire.

But more importantly, OH CRAP, ALL THOSE DRESS UP VOTING INCENTIVES ARE CANON NOW! ...except I guess for the ones with Jenna, since she's not actually on the ship right now, or whatever. BUT STILL.

And speaking of which, New Voting Incentive! Booyah!

Totally called it 2 months ago! (Tabitha tearing a hole in spacetime across the entire galaxy just for cosplay opportunities). Apparently it seems that my smart-alec joking not-meant-seriously-at-all predictions of future Far Out There plot points are a lot more accurate than my actual intentional attempts to guess. I wonder what that means?

CptNerd (Guest), April 29th, 2016, 11:58 am

It means the Universe is not only sillier than you imagine, it is sillier than you *can* imagine.

Blitzkrieg1701, April 29th, 2016, 1:12 pm

It could also mean that a smart-alec, not-at-al-serious joker is the one writing this plot to begin with :)

@Layla: If you think you're shocked now, just wait until you see the costumes she wants you to wear. The tiny, tiny costumes. :o

@Canonization of voting incentives: Jenna may still be in one of those boxes. You never know who's going to pop out of a box around there.

And who knew perching a box actually made a very specific "perch" noise :)

@Conventional Wisdom: Everybody go over there and check it out! It's a very rare "Triple crossover" with Tabitha and the long-lost Becky & Gilb, who I assume Tabitha has grabbed to compete in the adorable-off competition.

@Incentive - It's not a cosplay! Alternate Universe Evil Tabitha has returned!!

Darius Drake (Guest), May 1st, 2016, 6:29 am

@ Incentive: Tabitha's holding a G-String Bottom, and a thin cloth "top". Basically, JUST enough to cover the nipples and crotch, and nothing more. They MIGHT have an image of chain mail on them, too, so that idiots can pretend that they're "armour", despite the fact that being naked would be more protective than wearing THAT.

Ed8, May 1st, 2016, 5:22 pm

@Darius Drake: Any tiny chainmail bikini armor designed by Tabitha would surely have a overpowered tiny forcefield generator imbedded in it somewhere, so it would be fully protective as well as attractive!

Regardless of it's appearance, Layla still probably wouldn't wear the minion costume: Layla is never a minion. Layla is always a Boss! (she might be willing to let you be one of her minions if you ask nicely)

Darius Drake (Guest), May 1st, 2016, 7:04 pm

@ Ed8: If it was made to be armour, sure, that's... possible. But Tabitha isn't the type of person to make armour like that, and what she's trying to hand to Layla is a costume, not armour. Thus, it doesn't have the forcefield generator, and only has enough tech to prevent it from being cut or falling off "unexpectedly".

Ed8, May 1st, 2016, 8:20 pm

@Darius Drake: In that case, it wouldn't matter if it's protective or not. But if was any situation where it did matter, she would definitely design the most protective chainmail bikini ever, so it would totally qualify as armor. Really, she ought to be designing shield generators into it anyway, even if it is just a costume - you never know when rampaging robots might attack. Or Megaweapon. It's probably on her to-do list.

Darius Drake (Guest), May 2nd, 2016, 1:45 am

@ Ed8: Uhh... did you forget who we were talking about? Tabitha doesn't consider Megaweapon a threat, he's a "cute kid who's Jenna's younger brother". And Megaweapon stays away from Tabitha, because of her Zombie Children scaring him. Not because he thinks that Tabitha will do it to him, but because they realise what Megaweapon's like, and manage to threaten him effectively.

Either that, or they're the only people Megaweapon considers friends, and he treats them nicely.

Ed8, May 2nd, 2016, 2:55 pm

@Darius Drake: Canonically, I don't think Tabitha has met Megaweapon yet, but likely has heard plenty about what a terror he is during one of her long phone conversations with Layla, and would be well aware of his destructiveness and biting tendencies.

Noncanonically, this would be the likely result of him encountering the zombie kids:

Well, unlike a lot of the Christmas stories, there's not really anything in the one where the Caligaris spend Christmas at the Hector's that clashes with canon, so it actually might have 'really" happened.
