*GASP* can it be? A PAGE ACTUALLY GOING LIVE AT MIDNIGHT? It's an Independence Day MIRACLE! ...too bad it's for a page with no relation to plot, huh? Actually, I got this page done early so that I'd have more time to finish the ACTUAL Tuesday page... because our town's local 4th of July celebration is actually on the 3RD of July to avoid clashing with the big national stuff, so I lost track of they days & didn't realize this WAS the page for Tuesday. So, yeah, no actual advancing of the story, today, but look! COLOR!

Also, as an unforeseen side effect of actually getting a page done early for once, I actually don't know if there'll be a new Voting Incentive up when you read this. I mean, I'm gonna do one, but it's not done as I write this, and since we've established that I suck at tracking the progression of linear time, I might not have it finished before the page actually goes life. So, if you don't see a new Incentive yet, just check again later... preferably after the 24 cycle has reset, so the second vote also counts :D

Happy fourth! Interestingly, my family decided to have our celebration lady night als (it was awesome) for no real reason, then a couple of good reasons emerged. Also, I read another smackjeeves comic called Life & Death, and it updated around half a day before you with a pun on the word "literaly". Today is a day of coincidence!

Rain Adorable Death From Above!
Not a phrase you would hear in a lot of places outside of this strip. Not that I can imagine Jenna raining any kind of death. She probably had her stepdad modify the Death Ray to emit Niceness & Hugs instead. Sadly, though, Jenna has been blocked by Photobucket now - replaced by "Please update your account to allow 3rd party hosting". And by "update" they mean update it with a $400 fee. You've got that just lying around, right?

I see Astrid has done her homework. Records are very sketchy from ancient times, but all current historians agree that riding rocket propelled burgers while wearing star spangled bikinis was the most common means of transport and attire for the average Unitedstatesian, as the people of that ancient land were called. (Experts are divided on the reason for this unorthodox means of transport, but many theorize it was done in honor of their leader, who was known as the "Burger King")

Well, I guess I don't have to mention the whole "no more hotlinking from Photobucket" issue, since anyone who didn't see the broken images has presumably read the comments up above this talking about them. Obviously, I've moved all the banners and stuff to a new host, so the main pages of all the comics shouldn't be disrupted. There's still a lot of buttons and profile pics on other pages that still need to be moved, though, so don't be surprised if things are messy around here for another week or two at least. Then again, I've been saying for MONTHS now that I needed to get around to using a new image host, so I guess it's for the best that they forced the issue themselves...

Oh, and for obvious reasons, Friday's page will be a biiiiiiiiiiiit delayed while I try some stuff to fix all this. (Like, even more delayed than usual, I mean)

@ Incentive: I take it that this is what Stillez would be currently doing if she didn't pick up Tax?
