Once again, the best part of the page turns out to be the afterthought I threw in to fill up some space (The announcement. Originally Tabitha was just reacting to the alarm). Plans are overrated, kids.

Also, I don't know much about the Marvel comics mythos, but I chose to believe that Madness Opals are one of the things that go on the Infinity Gauntlet.

Also also, WHOA! A page getting posted before dawn! (Just barely over here, but still!)

One last also: today's Voting Incentive, just in case today's page didn't contain enough vague, weird references to things left to the rader's imagination.

There's nothing quite like flashing red lights, sirens, and an announcement about how you might be about to die to change your calmness level.

Incentive:
Careful, if you keep talking about temporal-displacement we'll start using time travel to explain things.

No joke, as I wrote that bit, I actually thought to myself "MAN I'm glad I don't actually have to explain how any of this works. If this were in the main comic, I'd be in TROUBLE."

That's silly, everybody knows that time travel is impossible.
Any rumors that either a small adorable puppy-girl nor any number of filk-singing bunyips were sighted in the vicinity are purely unsubstantiated, not to mention noncanonical.

Apparently it's "sufficiently advanced" science
For someone who scoffs at her dad's confusing actual science for mystical magic, Tabitha's actual science sure seems to sound a lot more and more like mystical magic. ;)

Hey, be careful bringing in questionably-canonical material. If you think untangling a temporal paradox is hard, just imagine trying to work out a continuity snarl.
