The mere notion of a spaceship having a giant "bequeath" button just makes me laugh. This is concludes today's in-depth dissection of my nuanced and torturous creative process.

So, yeah, today's page is way late and I still haven't gotten other stuff done yet, but this time I have pretty much the best excuse ever: today is my nephew's birthday, and I was up all night making him a card. So, basically, anyone who gets annoyed at this page coming out late wants to ruin a preschooler's birthday. You monsters. But seriously, though, a return to normalcy really is right around the corner, you'll see!

I will admit this amused me more than it probably should have.

@ Blitz: What's the likelyhood of the ship literally forming a mouth, containing some sort of liquid, so that it could literally spit out escape pods?

Because I can see people wasting time and effort to make that a reality, even if it makes escaping the ships less efficient and more dangerous, in the FOT Universe.

DD: It's probably the sort of feature that costs a lot of extra money, and only serves to show that the ship's owner had a lot of extra money to burn. Like, the space equivalent to hydraulics and spinners.

Initially, I was wondering why the little melodramatic guys were bequeathing the Cap'n an early 21st century Apple branded MP3 player.
